  I was interested in buying a PlayStation card for my nephew. When I asked if the PlayStation gift card could be used toward the PlayStation Plus no one seemed to know. They asked the apparent manager and he said 'no'. Turns out they were wrong, you can add it to the PlayStation wallet and then when you have enough funds you can use it to purchase the PlayStation Plus. I felt like they were dismissive because I was not purchasing a large ticket item. They really need to understand what they are selling. They lost a sale and I will not go back.
